To verify the effectiveness of the cooling function of the liquid cooled heat dissipation structure designed for vehicle energy storage batteries, it was applied to battery modules to analyze their heat dissipation efficiency.
The energy consumption of liquid cooling at 25°C (2.5494E-5Wh) is reduced by a maximum of 97.05% compared to continuous operation at 240 mL/min (8.6346E-4Wh). The energy consumption of liquid cooling at − 10 °C (6.0442E-4Wh) is reduced by a minimum of 30.00%.
The energy consumption of liquid cooling at − 10 °C (6.0442E-4Wh) is reduced by a minimum of 30.00%. Furthermore, the optimization strategy led to an increase in T max by a maximum of 14.94% and a minimum of 3.41%.
